Our Board of Directors

Tranh Nguyen is the CEO/Chairman of Zien Investment Company PTE Ltd and he has more than 25 years of experience at investment management firms and banks across both retail and institutional platforms in Singapore and China. He has held senior executive positions at some of the most prominent financial organizations in Asia. Tranh Nguyen is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the prestigious Havard University and a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Maine. He brings many years of leadership experience to his role on the Board of Directors, including his extensive background in executive management and sales.

Dr (Dato) Zafrul Aziz is the Managing Director of Zien Investment Company PTE Ltd and he has more than 25 years of experience at investment management firms and public relation across both retail and institutional platforms in Singapore and Malaysia. He has held senior executive positions at some of the most prominent financial organizations in Asia. Dr Zafrul Aziz is a graduate of Business Administration from the Windfield University Malaysia where he studied public relation and business administration. He brings many years of leadership experience to his role on the Board of Directors, including his extensive background in executive management and sales.

Aphane Lucas joined Zien Investment Company PTE Ltd in August 2003, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience, including 13 years as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Investment Officer of several companies in Asia. He began his career in 1981, where he started as a sales representative and went onto a variety of management positions. Lucas also has served in mulitple management and financial positions within the company. Aphane Lucas earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Jhone Yang leads Zien Investment Company PTE Ltd's Investment Research Team. She assists with investment manager due diligence, asset allocation modeling, and implementation and travels the world searching for the best investment managers for the firm clients. She was appointed to the board on June 2012 and is a member of Investment Committee. Prior to joining Zien Investment Company PTE Ltd, She has held several key management positions in several Asian firms. She is responsible for performing analysis of risk, premium levels, break-even probabilities, and general reserving practices for clients. Jhone Yang received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Singapore.

Appointed to the Board on January 2000 Christopher Bosch has over 25 years� experience in international business across financial services, banking and renewable energy. He joined Zien Investment Company PTE Ltd from Unity Bank where he was a member of the Group�s Executive Committee. He previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at other firms in Europe. He brings with himm more than 25 years of corporate finance experience. Mr. Bosch has gained all-round knowledge in respect of the development of Singapore financial service industry and has established a strong network through working with both international and local financial companies in Singapore. He holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction in Finance; a Master of Science in Computer, Information & Control Engineering; and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Michigan.
